Cancellation

Celestial kitten believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order.

• Once we have received the cancelation request, please allow 3 working days for the refund to be processed back to the same method that the order was paid with.
